App and audio non stop timing out. Can't rely on this app if it dosnt work. Fix your app!
Can't get app past Firmware update it keeps saying error is there anyone with a solution to this???
My smart alert door and window sensors don't appear on this app even though I'm directed to it with the QR scan ?
pairing can be a little challenging for the dream machine, but once past that its great.
It's great . Had it working for 16 months so far without a beat I love that you can download stories and new music.
The app keeps timing out the audio function, it also says my dream machine is offline even though the blue led light is still showing on the machine. I have checked our WiFi speeds and that is not the issue so I can only assume the app is the issue. Very frustrating when the one function we bought the dream machine for (the audio monitoring) is not usable because of the app.
I have tried everything to get the humidifier going and it will not connect to the app. What a waste of money for the humidifier, it's not even possible to run it manually. I recommend you return it, trash the app and buy something that actually works.
Annoying this is one of five different apps all basically named the same thing. App has minimal functionality, it's confusing to configure notifications, it's really just on/off in monitoring and notifications. Wants too many permissions as well (why does it need phone access?) Probably would have bought a different audio monitor if we'd known how bad the app is.
Keeps crashing
Trying to set up the dream machine in the app but it wants to upgrade the firmware and won't let you go any further. Upgrade keeps timing out or says error. Nothing wrong with WiFi and broadband is available
